Returns & Exchanges

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.Lisariedt.com. All store purchases may only be returned to boutiques within the country of original purchase. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information. FINAL SALES: All items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and sanitary liner (for swimwear) intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Holiday Return Policy. Returns are accepted within 60 days from the shipped date between November 1st and December 21st when mailed to our Online Returns address. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date within the United States for an exchange or store credit only. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Return shipping is non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item(s) Shipped

By mail

Exchanges by mail are only processed for damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and International addresses. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date to our Online Returns address. We will refund the return shipping if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the item form by mail and email to returns@lisariedt.com with the item information and description of the reason of return. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking. Please note only standard carrier services will be refunded. To ensure proper processing, please specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) in written and or by email to returns@lisariedt.com. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. If you would like a replacement of the item(s), please write to our exchange and return email at returns@lisariedt.com. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
